PTI announces the postponement of the jalsa in Tarnol, Islamabad

PTI has filed a contempt petition in the Islamabad High Court for not getting permission to hold the Jalsa.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced the postponement of the jalsa in Tarnol, Islamabad and filed a contempt petition in the IHC.

Chief Commissioner Islamabad has issued a notification regarding not allowing the rally to PTI In the notification, it says that due to local people complaints and security issues the rally cannot be allowed.

According to the notification, the police representatives have confirmed that on July 3. A huge amount of arms and ammunition were recovered from Islamabad.

Intelligence-based operations are still ongoing in Sangjani and Tarnol areas and there are security threats. Due to Muharram, security agencies have No personnel available to protect Jalsa.

PTI files a contempt petition in the Islamabad High Court

On the other hand, on behalf of Shoaib Shaheen, PTI has filed a contempt petition in the Islamabad High Court for not getting permission to hold the Jalsa.

The diary branch of the Islamabad High Court has put a number on the request. Tehreek-e-Insaf has requested to immediately schedule the contempt of court petition for hearing.

While giving a press conference in Islamabad, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar said that the Tarnol Jalsa was to be held on the platform of Tehreek-e-Tahafuz Constitution of Pakistan. It now has been postponed. The workers were hopeful for the Jalsa.

Who is on the back of all PTI troubles?

It should be noted that Establishment is on the back of all PTI troubles. The workers are increasing pressure on party leaders to take a hard line against the establishment and its cronies in the government and judiciary.

Recently, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, Imran Khan has expressed his lack of confidence in the Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa.

He has further said that after consulting the lawyers, he will announce the final date of the hunger strike. He has questioned that how does Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa come in every bench of my and PTI’s cases?
