South Indian superstar actor Mammootty has broken his silence regarding the cases of sexual harassment in the Kerala film industry and gave his reaction.
He said on the Hema Committee report that he was waiting for it for a long time. It should be noted that after the above report, more people are reporting cases of sexual harassment of women in Mollywood (Malayalam film industry).
Muhammad Kati Panaprambil alias Ismail Mammootty welcomed the HEMA committee report on his social media account and said that he reiterated his full support to bring about the necessary change in the industry to make it a better place to work.
The 73-year-old Mammootty further said that he was waiting for the response from the actors’ organization and leaders so that he too could be a part of it. He urged all the people in the industry to unite to improve the industry.
