Malala’s The Last of the Sea Women official teaser released

The first trailer of Malala Yousafzai’s Hollywood documentary as a producer is out.

Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai made her debut as a producer with the Hollywood film ‘Last of the Sea Women’.

According to foreign media reports, the first trailer of the documentary directed by Soo Kim and A24 has been released.

The film tells the story of a Korean woman diver, who goes to the bottom of the sea without oxygen in search of food and continues her work despite all the dangers.

Malala Yousafzai is producing the documentary Extracurricular Productions, with Soo Kim, Erica Kennyre, Nicole Stott, Emily Osbrone and Harry Guo also producing.

Malala Yousafzai is a Pakistani female education activist and the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize laureate at the age of 17. She is the youngest Nobel Prize laureate in history.

Soo Kim is a Korean-born American visual artist, and educator.

Emily Osborne’s poetry, short fiction and Old Norse-to-English verse translations have appeared in journals and anthologies such as Vallum, CV2, The Polyglot, The Literary Review of Canada, Barren Magazine, and Althingi.

American engineer Nicole Marie Passonno Stott was a NASA astronaut before retiring. She worked as a mission specialist on STS-128 and STS-133 in addition to being a flight engineer on ISS Expeditions 20 and 21.

Marisa Torres Erickson is the executive producer of this documentary.
