A close friend of the 43-year-old actress told Life & Style that Portman is open to dating again after the end of her 11-year marriage.

However, the source revealed that Portman, despite being part of Hollywood’s elite, feels uncomfortable dating within the industry.
“She has always struggled with socializing with other actors and finds it difficult to maintain those friendships,” the friend shared.
“She even admits that dating another actor feels almost irrational to her.”
While Portman continues to search for a meaningful connection, she’s looking for someone who’s accomplished and outside of the celebrity world.
“She’s drawn to high achievers like surgeons or architects over someone in the entertainment industry,” the insider explained.
