According to this notification, Punjab now comprises 10 divisions, 41 districts, and 156 tehsils. Key changes include the addition of Kot Addu District and Chowk Sarwar Shaheed Tehsil.

1. Lahore Division:
- Districts: Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib
- Tehsils: 22
2. Gujranwala Division:
- Districts: Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narowal
- Tehsils: 11
3. Gujrat Division:
- Districts: Gujrat, Wazirabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Hafizabad
- Tehsils: 12
4. Rawalpindi Division:
- Districts: Rawalpindi, Murree, Attock, Talagang, Chakwal, Jhelum
- Tehsils: 24
5. Sargodha Division:
