ECP misinterpreted the SC decision on bat symbol
Now the reserved seats case is there because of ECP follies.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member National Assembly Sardar Latif Khosa has said that all the judges agree that the Election Commission of Pakistan misinterpreted the decision of the Chief Justice regarding the bat symbol.
Speaking in Geo News program Capital Talk, Latif Khosa said that 13 judges of the Supreme Court, including Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa, are in agreement that the Election Commission of Pakistan misinterpreted the decision of the Chief Justice regarding the bat symbol.
After that ECP declared the PTI member independent candidates. Now the reserved seats case is there because of ECP follies.
Regarding the decision of reserved seats, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Latif Khosa said that if the decision is made according to Article 17 and Article 51 of the Constitution and political parties get their propositional representation, then the stature of the Supreme Court will increase. They have recognized the supremacy of the Constitution.
