According to the details, Imran Khan has filed a petition in the Lahore High Court through Barrister Salman Safdar, in which Punjab government and others including CCPO Lahore have been made parties.
Founder PTI Imran Khan has taken the stand in the petition that Punjab government’s notification of appearance on video link for physical remand is illegal, physical presence is necessary for physical remand.
Imran Khan has taken the position in his petition that the notification issued by the Punjab government for the appearance is also against the fundamental rights.
Founder PTI Imran Khan has requested the Lahore High Court to declare the notification of appearance for remand on video link null and void.
