Microsoft Announces Hiring of OpenAI’s Sam Altman and Team
Sam Altman was fired from OpenAI, the company behind the ChatGPT bot, two days ago.
Satya Nadella, the chief executive officer (CEO) of Microsoft, an American multi-technology company, has announced the hiring of OpenAI’s Sam Altman and other members of his team.
OpenAI’s Sam Altman will join Microsoft to lead a new Advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) research team along with company co-founder Greg Brockman and colleagues, Satya Nadella wrote in a message on social media microblogging website X (formerly Twitter).
Altman wrote on social media that the mission is ongoing.
It should be noted that Sam Altman was fired from OpenAI, the company behind the ChatGPT bot, two days ago.
