Pakistan finished day two with a commanding 202-run lead over West Indies in the first Test at Multan Cricket Stadium.
The Green Shirts’ spin attack, led by Sajid Khan and Noman Ali, dominated the West Indian batting in the first innings, giving Pakistan a solid foundation.
In Pakistan’s second innings, openers Masood and Hurraira took the crease. Hurraira made 29 runs before being dismissed by Jomel Warrican.
Babar Azam, who replaced him, was out for just five runs. Masood contributed 52 runs but was dismissed, leaving Pakistan at 106-3.
Kamran Ghulam and Saud Shakeel saw out a few overs before bad light halted play, and stumps were called with the score at 109-3.
Earlier, West Indies struggled in their first innings, with only tail-ender Jomel Warrican putting up a fight, scoring 31.

Shakeel (84) and Rizwan (71) were the top scorers for Pakistan, but Sinclair’s key breakthrough after the drinks break triggered a collapse.
Shakeel’s partnership with Rizwan added 141 crucial runs for the fifth wicket.
Fast bowler Jayden Seales also contributed with 3-27, with all his wickets falling on Friday.
Despite the collapse, Pakistan had built a competitive total, with Shakeel and Rizwan steadying the innings before the wickets fell rapidly.
