PMLN rules out seat adjustment with any party in Lahore

PML-N has prepared the initial list of tickets from Lahore division for the general elections and opts against seat adjustment.

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has ruled out seat adjustment with any party in Lahore division for the general elections to be held on February 8.

PML-N has prepared the initial list of tickets from Lahore division for the general elections and the majority of the party leaders are contesting election 2024.

According to the details, former prime minister and party leader Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will contest election 2024 from National Assembly constituency NA-130 Lahore. Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz will contest election from NA-120 Lahore.

Sardar Ayaz Sadiq will contest election 2024 from NA 117 Lahore, Hamza Shehbaz from NA 118 Lahore, and Ali Pervaiz Malik will be the candidate from NA 119 Lahore.

The initial list further says that Sheikh Rohail Asghar will take part in election 2024 from NA-121 Lahore while Saad Rafique will contest from NA-122 Lahore.

PMLN president Shahbaz Sharif will be the candidate from NA-123 Lahore while Rana Mubasher Iqbal will contest election from NA 124 Lahore.

The report further says that Afzal Khokhar will contest election from NA 125 Lahore, and Saif Khokhar will be the candidate from NA 126 Lahore.

Ata Tarar will contest election against Chairman Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari from NA-127 Lahore. Hafiz Nauman will be the candidate from NA-128 Lahore and Mehr Ishtiaq will contest election from NA-129 Lahore.

Thus Pakistan Muslim league N opts against seat adjustments and decides to contest election without the help of any political party.
