NADRA was directed to use its database to obtain Adeel Khan’s family tree and other information to pinpoint his location.

The court directed the Interior Secretary to form a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) comprising officials from the Intelligence Bureau (IB), Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), and NADRA.

The court instructed the JIT to seek assistance from the Sindh Home Department and IG Sindh to trace the father and daughter.

Until the JIT’s notification, the FIA Director of Human Trafficking in Karachi must provide relevant details.

The Islamabad High Court also ordered the Interior Secretary and IG Sindh to cooperate in locating Adeel Khan and his daughter.

NADRA was directed to use its database to obtain Adeel Khan’s family tree and other information to pinpoint his location.

The JIT was also instructed to gather details of mobile SIM cards registered under Adeel Khan’s CNIC.

The written order noted that, according to FIA officials, Adeel Khan last landed at Karachi’s Jinnah Airport on December 18, 2024, indicating he is still in Pakistan.

The petitioner claimed that her husband brought their daughter, Anita Maryam, to Pakistan in January 2022 while she was hospitalized.

She stated that during the ongoing case in Poland’s court, her husband acted with ill intent by taking the child to Pakistan.

The woman further revealed that a Polish court had ordered in November 2022 that the daughter be brought back to Poland within six months.

The High Court adjourned the case’s hearing to January 21, 2025.
