Federal Investigation Agency FIA arrested Sanam Javed
Jail sources said that Sanam Javed has been arrested in the FIA case.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist Sanam Javed and took her from Central Jail Gujranwala and left.
Jail sources said that Sanam Javed has been arrested in the FIA case. On the other hand, sources also said that Sanam Javed has been arrested by FIA Cyber Crimes Wing. She is being arrested from Gujranwala and brought to Islamabad.
Sources also said that Sanam Javed has been arrested in various cases of PICA Act. It should be noted that a two-member bench headed by Justice Asjad Javed Gharal of Lahore High Court had ordered the immediate release of PTI activist Sanam Javed in the Gujranwala case.
In a 14-page written judgment, the court said that the repeated naming of the petitioner in the same type of case on the part of the investigating officers shows malice.
However, today the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Gujranwala issued summons to release PTI leader Sanam Javed.
The court released the names of Robkar Superintendent Central Jail Gujranwala, asking that Sanam Javed be released immediately.
