PTI and Opposition says SC judgement is their victory
Opposition alliance intends to file a reference in the Supreme Court against the Chief Election Commissioner.
Akhunzada Hussain Ahmad Yousafzai, Spokesperson of the Opposition Alliance Tehreek-e-Tahafuz Constitution of Pakistan, has said the decision of the Supreme Court is the success of their position.
In a statement issued from Islamabad, Akhunzada Hussain Yousafzai said that the detailed judgement of the Supreme Court has come, now PTI has the same right as other parties on reserved seats.
He said that the Election Commission was also made aware of its failure in its duties on February 8, which is a success for the stand of PTI and Constitution Protection Movement.
The spokesperson of the opposition alliance added that they still demand the resignation of the Chief Election Commissioner.
He said that the opposition alliance intends to file a reference in the Supreme Court against the Chief Election Commissioner.
