Sedhr Punjab to issue policy on rationalization transfers in government schools

School Education Department in Punjab is working on new policy of Rationalization and transfers in government schools.
Here are some important updates for teachers on rationalization (forced transfer) in government schools.

Question: Will the rationalization be of the most junior or the most senior?
The final word in this regard has not yet come out by Sedhr Punjab. If the rationalization policy 2013 is followed, then the most junior teacher will be rationalized. And if the transfer policy 2024 is followed, then the most senior will be rationalized.
Post Status in SIS Punjab App
There are three types of status of posts in schools
1. Green posts
They will not be rationalized.
2. Orange posts
They will have to be rationalized. These teachers will be transferred according to the difference between required and available.
3. Red Posts
The teachers to be rationalized will be adjusted according to the difference between required and available.
According to some experts, the current rationalization will be in accordance with the 2013 policy. The most junior teacher will be rationalized. All heads in the Attock district have been instructed to provide data of the most junior surplus teacher.
