Election 2024: ECP decreases 6 National Assembly Seats
There will be 60 seats for women and 10 reserved seats for minorities in the National Assembly.
Islamabad (Daily Pakistan Online – Jang News Group) Election Commission of Pakistan has released the final list of new constituencies, according to which 6 National AAssemblyseats have decreased across the country.
According to the details, yesterday the Election Commission released the final list of new constituencies, according to which there will be 266 constituencies for the general seats of the National Assembly, while there will be 593 constituencies for the general seats of the provincial assemblies.
According to the Election Commission, there will be 60 seats for women and 10 reserved seats for minorities in the National Assembly, while the House of the National Assembly will consist of 336 members with 266 general seats.
Out of 60 reserved seats for women, 32 will be reserved for women in Punjab, 14 in Sindh, 10 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and 4 in Balochistan.
