THQ Chichawatani holds Prayer ceremony for late Sheikh Muhammad Younis

A prayer ceremony was held at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Chichawatni for late Sheikh Muhammad Younis, a well-known social personality of Sahiwal district.

Sheikh Basharat Salim, MS Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Chichawatni Dr. Kazim Hayat Wathra, Dr. Ali Ahmad Malik Society Incharge Dialysis Unit Chichawatni, Nephrologist Dr. Maria Yasin, Senior Medical Officer Dr. Ehsanullah and other doctors and staff were present in the prayer ceremony.

On this occasion, tributes were paid to the late Sheikh Muhammad Younis for his selfless social service and Fatiha was recited and prayers for forgiveness were offered for late Sheikh Muhammad Younis.

Speaking at the prayer ceremony, Sheikh Basharat Saleem said that the heart is very sad on the death of the father, but life is the trust of Allah Almighty. He who has come to this world has to go back.

My respected father dedicated his entire life to the service of humanity. He was a great messiah for humanity. And this was the reason that he was also awarded the Sitara e Imtiaz by the government of Pakistan for his services.

Now after his death, I take this heavy responsibility on my shoulders. Inshallah, this journey of service to humanity and service to mankind will continue in the same way with the support and prayers of all of you.

After the ceremony, Sheikh Basharat Saleem visited the dialysis ward. MS Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Dr. Kazim Wathra and Society Incharge Dialysis Unit Chichawatni Dr. Ali Ahmed Malik while talking said that THQ’s Dialysis Alhamdulillah is the only Dialysis Unit in Punjab which has so many machines.

And all this was possible thanks to the late Sheikh Muhammad Younis. We have 22 dialysis machines which Alhamdulillah are fully functional. This is the reason why patients from Borewala, Kamalia, Mian Channu Khanewal, Peer Mahal, and remote areas come to us for dialysis.

The system of our dialysis unit is like a family environment. Our staff treats the patients and their families very kindly. While in our unit, patients are undergoing dialysis under the supervision of Dr. Maria Yasin Sahiba, a highly competent nephrologist, and Dr. Ehsanullah, a senior medical officer.
